How the deposit is paid

If plans change: moving a booking

If someone else books the freed hour, the deposit is paid back in full, and a guest who can show the house lost less than it kept pays only that smaller sum.

If the house itself cannot perform the booking, the guest chooses: the deposit back in full, or the deposit held for a later date for as long as he needs to pick one. A booking accepted without a deposit and cancelled before she has set out leaves nothing to settle; cancelled after she has set out, it costs only the part of the fee her journey represents.

Shortened sessions and early endings

A session is charged for the length booked, not the length used.
