A false booking is one placed under a name that is not yours, from someone else's number or profile, or as a joke; it leads to an internal note kept twelve months, and it may be reported to the police.
Midnight. A hotel corridor somewhere past the canal ring. A room number copied from a message. She knocks on a door that was booked under a stranger's name. That is a false booking, and it is a different thing from a cancellation with poor manners.
An ordinary missed appointment meets none of them. It counts as a cancellation, and the notice scale under cancellation and refunds deals with it.
It writes a short internal note holding the date, what happened, and the name and number the booking came from. The same note follows a visit she ended because her safety was not respected or a limit she had set was pressed. The note stays inside the house and goes to no other person or business. Twelve months after it is written, it is deleted. Its single use is deciding whether a further booking from the same person is accepted. Where what happened may be a criminal offence, the booking may be reported to the police.

The women on the roster walk into buildings they have never seen, alone and often late, on the strength of a few typed lines. A fake address costs her the journey and the hour, and a worse one puts her somewhere nobody should be. A note lets the house recognise the same request when it comes round a second time.
Unaffected, completely. A dead phone and a friend's number with a word of explanation, a wrong digit in the room number, a train running late: say so in the thread and it stays an ordinary booking. A newcomer is under no suspicion either; the half asked of a first booking belongs to the booking class, not to any doubt about the person writing.
